How is it that our society looks like it does? That we must fight to get people to embrace a sustainable existence, because we have so far neglected the
planet we live on. Our welfare has shaped our lifestyles into a passive gluttony. Where an increasing meat consumption is the norm and sustainable diet despised.
But if it had been the reverse? If the meat industry was declining so that there were people whose job was to win over a now conscious population to change back their habits for the worse.
